SHIPPING POLICY

Physical Journals

We currently ship physical journals within South Africa only. Orders are processed within 10 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that our business days are Monday to Friday until 13:00 SAST. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the courier used. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location within South Africa.

Orders will not be processed on South African public holidays. Public holidays are not counted as business days.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer and could incur additional shipping costs.

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information where available. Please note that not all courier services offer real-time tracking.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this within 24 hours.

Damaged Orders

If your journal arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us at elouisescheeperssolideogloria@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

PDF Digital Downloads

Digital products are available worldwide. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link. If you experience any issues accessing your download, please contact us at elouisescheeperssolideogloria@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
